Welcome to breachlands.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Breachlands is a game we are developing. This Site is currently a pre-release information and waitlist site. The game, its features, content, names, pricing and release plans are still in development and may change or may not be released. Nothing on the Site is a promise that the game will launch, or that it will include any particular feature.
The Site is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you're under 13, please don't use the Site or join the waitlist.
You can join our waitlist to hear about the pre-alpha and launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access to the game, a place in any test, or any particular price or offer. We'll handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
All content on the Site — including the Breachlands name and logo, text, graphics, artwork, audio and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

We provide the Site "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, or from reliance on any content on it.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Site and the game develop. The current version is always the one posted here, with the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction — although if you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
